Posts: 5 07/14/09 09:53:52	Tags : None Good day to all, I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia in Dec08 and have been doing what is necessary medically. I now found out I have moderate osteoarthritis in both knees (which I'm getting injections for). I also have degenerative disk disease and arthritis in lumbar and cervic section of my spine. During flair ups my entire body feels like it got hit by a semi truck and my joints feel like they are ready to break. I keep forgetting (due to not being a habit) to do a cleansing bath regularly. It seems I pick up more energy than I think. I don't know what to do anymore. The pain is unbearable today and I would love to just go home and crawl under the blankets; but, that is not possible (I am a fighter). I am 39 yrs young. I do believe there is so much dr's can do and where I need to reach out and ask for help from the spiratual world. Any words of advise would be greatly appriciated. Blessing to all, Pantherguide

My mom was diagnosed with that 20 years ago; she's 80 now and its hard to see her when she has a flair up. We all try to do what we can to help; but sadly it only provides temporary relief. As you may know, our own thought patterns affect the health of our body and mind. Each emotional thought pattern is really an underlying "cause" of a physical illness. Understanding the illness can help you address the cause and thereby working to fight the disease. That doesn't mean that you can forgo mainstream medicine all together. Sometimes when you don't listen to the messages of your body; the issue progresses and requires more severe or aggressive medical attention. These metaphysical concepts can help you understand why the illness formed from a spiritual perspective, and how you can include metaphysical practices to help support the medical treatment from your physician. Each part of the body has a corresponding emotion that relates to the way you think, feel and react to situations. If you know the positive and negative aspects of these areas, you can direct healing energy to that section of the body that will need healing the most. There are many ways to help this along, from having a holistic healing treatment to reciting an affirmation each day. But just reciting the affirmation isn't enough. You have to listen to it, and attempt to apply it's wisdom to your daily life. In addition, which side of the body the ailment is on can also provide insight into the underlying cause. Ailments can manifest on one particular side of the body as the result of our own view of ourselves, or from the attitude we hold through the dealings with another person. The left side is associated with feminine energy, intuitive senses and spirituality or through an issue with a woman. The right side is associated with masculine energy, intellectual senses and the physical or through an issue with a man. One way to bring about change in your life is to replace the negative thought pattern with a positive one. That's where affirmations come in to help. By themselves they are ineffective. But by reciting the affirmation and bringing it's energy into your life on a daily basis; you can bring about a change in the way you think, act and react to situations. This article can put all this in context much better than I can here in an email. It covers how affirmations affect our subconscious, how to use affirmations in your daily life, and how to create your own affirmations if you so desire. It also provides a link to affirmations that address common thought patterns found in society today. Fibromyalgia is an expression of fear showing as tension due to stress. It's holding a perspective of constantly judging the self. Not accepting the flow of life, feeling that you must do this or that 'right now'! If you were to use an Affirmation as away of changing this thought pattern, you might use this one: I can because I am one with the Divine Universe I trust the process and flow of life. I tried the link you provided; but, it comes back as not found. I have been listening again to my body and mind. I have been pushing away any negative energy and/or thoughts and replacing with positive energy/thoughts. Many blessings, Pantherguide
