Tenant In Distress! Help needed!

Merry Meet

I'm new here, so please bear with me if I've put this in the wrong place !

I am a tenant and have had to move about 6 times in the last 3 years due to my landlords deciding to sell up (ie: leaving me homeless!) and I think its about to happen again.

So, I am trying to plan a ritual (I'm Pagan) that will help me to stay in my home / prevent the landlord selling. Does anyone out there know of any spells or rituals that I can include in my plan, or can anyone direct me to a place with such information?

I have found lots of helpful stuff about blessing a home, selling a home, protecting a home etc, but there is almost nothing out there (that I can find) that offers magickal guidance to tenants wishing to remain in their homes.

Hello Everyone

I'm new to this forum so here is a little background of my situation:

My husband and I both come from Roman Catholic families. My husband, however, is a staunch atheist. His parents are very strict Catholic and very pushy about it, so his choice to be atheist was due to his anger at having religion shoved down his throat for so many years. I, on the other hand, had parents who raised me Catholic because that is what "you just did" as an Italian but had no issues with me leaving and claiming myself as agnostic. I've had yet to claim myself as any religion yet, but I am drawn to the pagan path. I'm an ecologist/biologist and the faith suits my own belies well, but I do not currently "practice" by celebrating any of the sabbats.

I've been thinking about taking down the message board and directing everyone to my facebook pages or my blog. Before I even think about taking down the 10years of this board and deleting it....I want to get some feedback from those who are still here or come here to read this board.

Not that many people post anymore and checking the board has dropped down on my list of things to do for the week. So even I don't look here that often. Facebook seems to be the more interactive media that people prefer to use now, but not everyone is a member or wants to be a member. So I'm ok with leaving the board here, with the understanding that it's not that popular these days.

I've been having minor difficulties in moving on with learning more about the spirit, as well as spellcraft. I've confirmed my personal beliefs, as well as meditate when I can. I'm a novice when it comes to these things, but it's the one interest I have that doesn't die out. I've been trying to learn to see auras, to "see past" physical barriers, sometimes it seems futile, other times its like I detected a small film of energy around living things. I don't believe in these things blindly, I know there's more to life than what mainstream life offers; I once went to sever my jugular, but instead of a stimulus reaching my arm to slash across, I had what I would call a glimpse; I saw a realm where those who cave in to misery live in it forever, my funeral, I even felt the misery my mother felt when I saw her walk in to her own son's corpse in a giant pool of his own blood. I've had multiple precognitive dreams, and every now and then I feel an energy and know what's about to happen...

Hello world. My name's Zach, i'm 15 years old. And i was recently looking at witchcraft, and i found it to be VERY interesting and i'd love to try it. Choosing your Pantheon?

Hello All,

I am knew to this site and to all of this in general. I have been trying to do a lot of research on my own, but one of the things I am having trouble finding a jumping off point on is choosing a Pantheon. How do you know which one is right, do you have to have one and do you have to have only one. I am definitely an animal person and I am drawn to them, I know that a lot of Native American rituals use animals a lot, but I am not sure if that direction feels right for me other than the animal aspect. For some reason this time of the year brings out a desire in many people to look within and examine their spiritual path. Some of that starts with an internet search, something that catches your eye and a click here or there takes you to a place where you feel drawn, interested, or comfortable. Or even all those things at once. But then there's a desire for more, an interaction, someone to talk to or share with. Then what?

For some people posting on a message board is all they need to feel that connection with others who may think the way they do. For others, there's an uncomfortable feeling of sharing in public and that's ok too. But what do you do then?

I am seeking thoughts and reflections on the first week's subject, which is 'awen.'

need a push in the right direction

I'm a little worried about being talked down to. It happens a lot when I try to get help or advice concerning my spiritual path. Not on this site yet. I need help figuring out where I should start my research. I've studied Wicca for a while. I learned a lot but know that I'm not a Wiccan. I have went over my belief but I don't really know if there is a name or direction that my beliefs are going. Or I'm just special and no one thinks the way a do. I am reintroducing myself . I used to be on here ages ago. Life has changed and so has my computer, along with it pass words etc lol. I hope I find everyone well and healthy and in good spirits. I start a new job today and have lots of other changes going on (all good) life is great and very enjoyable making new friends . I have a question about a carnilian wand I used as a healing wand. It was broken, when another Budda shaped crysaprace crystal feel (jumped) or a playful sprite chucked...not sure which , landed on my carnilian and broke clean in half. That was two weeks ago. I am finding that the two pieces are acting a bit strange, a substance like water is coating the out side of the crystal .I dry it off ,as gentle as possible I energise it, as well as strange vibes I have heard noises coming from it, not often just a high pitch noise. Is there anything else I can do to help the pain of this crystal?

Hello! I hope this is okay to post in this forum. I'm wondering whether someone can point me toward a book reviewer who specializes in reviews of books on Pagan themes? I am an author whose second novel is coming out in a couple of days, and the main character in this middle grade novel comes from a Pagan family. I know mainstream novels featuring Pagan characters are rare, particularly for children, and I want to get the word out to families who might need this type of book for their middle graders. This is not a "Pagan book" -- just a book where the main character happens to belong to a Pagan religion.

I won't post the details here, as I don't want my joining of this board to be construed as advertising. I would very much appreciate it if anyone can point me in the right direction on getting the word out to Pagan kids and their parents about this novel.

I should begin by saying that my daughter, who is an adult, is a deeply sensitive and intuitive spirit. She has always communed with forces that some people found frightening. I always thought of her as psychic and a bit of a magnet for otherworldly encounters. She leans toward the Wiccan philosophy but is open to all.

When my children were young, their father and I went to fundamental Christian churches and had some very bad experiences - some good, too - but in the end, all of my children have moved far away from organized fundamental religions (especially those with words like Baptist or Christ in the name).

Me? I'm spiritual, I'd say. A questioner and seeker. In the past, if I had to give myself a label it would be Christian because I believe in Christ... but more and more lately it feels like a very bad fit. Hi, fellow pagans. I am a young girl who has just recently discovered that I am a Healer (or "savior" as my Pagan friends call me) Its so hard to explain...but for the past few months or so, I have been having these vivid, lovely and repetitive dreams. A gorgeous forest with the most lovely song..a young, dark-haired guy wh danced with me (his name was Ethan)..and whispering and helping a group of young children, and even a couple more. It was so surreal..they felt so familiar. When discussing these with my few friends..it was discovered that they had the same dreams too. They then told me that they were memories of my past life with them as a healer. God...you must all think I am absolutely insane. I know this all sounds incomprehensible, maybe even like a desperate rambling of a teenage girl..but please believe me when I say its the truth. I'm so scared...I don't know what's going on. I read through some of the suggestions and it appears that the closest metaphysical shops are almost an hour away. I would like to chat about alot of things here but for now I will start slow.

I am wondering if anyone else gets headaches when they have Psychic activity ? Lately I have had terrible headaches when I "know" someone or something is near me whether I can see them or not.

My abilities - which are scaring me to death lately, have seem to come more since last year when my beloved Dog crossed the Bridge. That was also when I really started meditating regulary - to deal with his death and for the physical benefits of it.

Alright, I shall give this a go, as they say. I just turned 40 this summer and I suppose this birthday is proving to be a turning point -- at least hopefully -- in my life.
